I’m eating as if I was a wild animal (unprocessed, natural foods all day. Read: no high fructose corn syrup), I’m getting lots of sleep, I eat 80% vegetable protein and 20% animal, no supplements and I use this combo. Using a gnarly cordless drill, an 1/8″ drill bit, and a #2 phillips bit, I had this up in five minutes (I’m in a carpentry related field so it might take you six). Booyah, this thing rocks. Major abs from the ab straps: do not allow yourself to swing! Counteract and you’ll feel the results for two days, even if you’ve been doing proper crunches for weeks prior. Pull ups: I had a kung-fu grip before I started, now I could probably crush an otter’s skull with my bare hands. Pushups: After three weeks, I can only do twelve on an incline when done slowly and properly.
