I was skeptical when I first decided to try this, but I was surprised at how well it works! I already lived a very healthy lifestyle - eating healthy and working out about 5 times a week. I was not losing or gaining weight, and it was getting frustrating. After I got Alli, I did the same thing, and I lost weight. I think I lost about 2 pounds each week. I haven’t been doing it for very long-only about 4 weeks. You actually don’t get the treatment effects that they talk about as long as you don’t go over the fat amount per meal. It’s pretty easy and I haven’t noticed any negative side effects to taking it - but then again, it’s only been a month.
