I found the product easy to use, the packaging while it afforded sanitary delivery of the product was moderately easy to open. I use this product daily and feel confident that my toothbrush is free of the bacteria a bathroom use creates. I am happy with my purchase. The instructions were clear and I appreciate the fact that he package contained different base holders for various models of toothbrushes. While I have a Sonicare e 7000 and do not need a holder for the sanitizer, I know that I am not limited to sanitizing only that one model of toothbrush, he E 7000.
