I got this as a gift and couldn’t believe how good it was. I’ve used other home massage systems and always ended up just throwing them away because they were no good. The rolling balls in this are so perfect and it’s so versatile because you can place it anywhere on the body, even feet and calves. It really helps my tension headaches too. I’m going to get one for my dad. It’s fantastic and the price can’t be beat. I found it just as good as those $2000 chairs, but more customizable. Also, a tip is that if the rolling motion is too strong (i found this to the case when i use on my head) you can put a towel over it so it’s more gentle.

This product has made me very happy. For severe back, neck, & shoulder pain this has relieved the pain at a fraction of the cost of the massage chairs & pads. I can move the pillow around to get any spot that aches. The shiatsu & heat together is WONDERFUL. I rarely write reviews but this product deserves it.
