This is an awesome product for getting heat and massage to your neck and shoulders. It hugs your neck better than other products I have tried. However, I was disapointed that the massager had to be on at the same time when you used the heat function. I wanted to just use the heat at times but had to use the massager too. These two functions should have been seperated where either could have been used by themselves.
